WELCOME to the Martin lab! We are part of the Jungers Center for Neurosciences Research at Oregon Health and Science University.
Our research group focuses on the molecular pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease (PD), primarily using Drosophila genetic models. We use a wide range of molecular, imaging and behavioral techniques to ask crucial questions about the fundamental molecular events that contribute to PD development. Please click on the Research tab above to learn more about this exciting work. We invite you to explore our website to learn more about the lab.
We are currently looking for talented and motivated post-doctoral fellows to join our research team. Interested individuals with a strong background in molecular biology and experience working with animal models should send a CV, cover letter and names of three references to Dr. Ian Martin: firstname.lastname@example.org.
